Product Introduction

SPC1185 is a high-performance and highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller. As shown in Figure 1-1, SPC1185 is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance ARM® Cortex-M4F core, supporting a maximum clock frequency of 240 MHz. It provides up to 512KB of QSPI Flash storage (supporting on-the-fly execution and offering 16KB read cache) and 256KB of RAM, including a rich set of I/O and peripheral resources. SPC1185 contains 2 Direct Memory Access Controllers (DMAC), providing a total of 16 data channels for releasing CPU resources and enabling rapid data transfer between memories, between memories and peripherals, and between peripherals. SPC1185 is equipped with 3 14-bit ADCs, 3 programmable gain amplifiers, 8 enhanced PWM modules, 8 enhanced capture modules, 6 general 32-bit timers, and also provides UART/LIN, I2C, SPI, CAN/FDCAN communication interfaces. It is an ideal platform for motor control applications.
